What we do
APINode Business Planning works with owner-led and family businesses preparing for a succession. Our consultations cover ownership transfer, key-person continuity, co-owner continuity agreements, and the working-capital position that keeps a business running through a transition.
Our practice is based on Mittraphap Road in Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima and serves businesses across the region. We work in person and by video call.
How we work
We do not sell packaged plans off a price list. Each engagement opens with an inquiry and an initial conversation, after which we agree the scope and fees in writing. This keeps the work tied to your actual succession situation rather than to a template.
