What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you submit a succession planning inquiry, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). It applies to the inquiry form on the contact page and to direct emails sent to info@apinode.click.
What we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the details you enter in the form:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your phone number, if you choose to provide it;
- the topic of the transition you describe; and
- the message you write.
We also record the page the inquiry was sent from and the date and time it was submitted. We do not collect data through analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking. No analytics or third-party tracking runs on this site.
How your inquiry is sent and stored
When you submit the form, your inquiry is sent as a JSON request to a form handler on this same domain (/api/inquiry) and is received by our office. It is not sent to any third-party form service. Your consent preference (accept or reject on the cookie banner) is stored only in your own browser, in localStorage, under the key apinode_consent_v1.
Why we use your data and the legal basis
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation;
- prepare for that consultation; and
- keep a record of the engagement if it proceeds.
Under the PDPA, the legal basis for this processing is your consent, given when you submit the inquiry, and the legitimate interest of responding to a request you have made to us. We do not use your data for marketing or profiling.
How long we keep your data
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond to your request and, if an engagement begins, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period afterward to meet record-keeping obligations. If no engagement begins, we delete inquiry correspondence within 24 months of your last message, unless you ask us to keep it longer.
Who sees your data
Your inquiry is read by the planner who responds to it. We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share information where required by Thai law or by a lawful request from a competent authority.
Your rights under the PDPA
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data, subject to legal record-keeping obligations;
- withdraw consent at any time; and
- lodge a complaint with the relevant Thai data protection authority.
