How it works

The Consultation Process

A structured, staged process — so a succession plan is built in steps you can review, not handed to you as a finished document.

A succession plan only works if the people who will run the business on it can actually understand it. Our process is built to produce that — in stages, with you involved at each one.

1. Inquiry and first consultation

You send an inquiry through the contact form or by email. We confirm receipt within two business days and schedule a short consultation — at our office in Nakhon Ratchasima or by video call. In that conversation we listen to the transition you are preparing for and explain how we would approach it. No fee is charged for this first conversation.

2. Map the dependencies

With your input we identify the decisions, relationships, and cash flows that currently sit with one person. This is where most succession plans are weakest, because the answers are usually in someone’s head rather than written down. We produce a short dependency map and confirm it with you before moving on.

3. Draft the continuity plan

We draft the continuity arrangements — key-person cover, co-owner continuity terms, staged transfer timing, and the working-capital position through the transition. You review each piece in plain language. We revise before anything is finalised.

4. Transfer in stages

Where ownership is transferring, we arrange the sequence so that control, shares, and day-to-day responsibility pass in reviewable stages rather than a single moment. At each stage we check that the business can still run on the plan, and adjust before the next step.

5. Review after the handover

A succession plan is not finished at the signing. We schedule a review after the first stage of transfer has run, to confirm operations have continued as planned and to adjust anything that has changed.

Each engagement is scoped in writing before paid work begins, and fees are confirmed in that scope. Request a consultation to begin step one.
